Sandy beach, amenities, and buffet when available Loved the staff too.

Beach water was beautiful but hit and miss with cleanliness. A coupke of days during our stay the beach was full of plastic bags. Also a la carte food was NOT good

Stunning Beach, Wonderful Hospitality!

The resort boasts one of the most stunning beaches in Egypt, and that's a very high bar! The water is absolutely crystal clear, and the long sandy coastline makes for a superb morning walk. We enjoyed revisiting Jaz's classic style of landscape and architecture, which imparts an exceptional mix of coziness and splendor. The room was spacious, well-facilitated, and offered a remarkable dual view of the pool and beach from the terrace. Dinner and breakfast (à la carte) were decent, though only memorable thanks to the restaurant's location right by the beach. Despite the popular sentiment, my biggest takeaway is that this time of year is as good as if not better than the summer months to visit the North Coast and enjoy wonderful resorts like this. The weather was perfect; sunny without the excessive heat and chilly without having to wear heavy clothes. So, while we spent only 1 night this time, we're definitely planning on an extended stay there during this season. Thanks to management for accommodating our early check-in and late check-out requests :)

WiFi connection is fairly unreliable. Some signage on the way to the property would help.

I enjoyed the stay. Will make it again but hope they fix the staff issue by then

The beach is so good. Long coast enough to let you enjoy walking by.

Staff is horrible. They want to help but they are not trained and unprofessional. Even the managers they get stuck trying to do the minor stuff. Also I’ve heard one of the restaurant staff making fun of the guests choices of food! Room service is the worst.

We hope to be back’

The food was very good and the staff was very helpful and supportive. The beach was amazing. Pools weren’t heated and we were there in the off-season so we didn’t swim.

Google directions were awful because of some new roads. Better directions directly from the hotel would be great.

Hotel entertainment needs to change.

The hotel pool is lovely. The beach is beautiful but has a lot of cigarette butts and small pieces of litter in the sand. The hotel itself is lovely and clean.

The hotel entertainment was disgusting. The hotel had a ‘Miss Hotel’ competition on the Friday night. A sexist, misogynistic and offensive show where women were asked to perform for an audience. These tasks included posing and dancing to a mainly male audience. Myself and friends left the room after being sickened by what the girls on the Animation Team had to do. I’m utterly in shock and horrified that the hotel management thought this was an appropriate form of entertainment for a 5 star hotel.

I did realy enjoy my time and stay at JAZ Almaza BAY very much for the period of Sept. 11-14 2017.

I loved the beach, the weather, the staff, the service, the food the entertainments and the pool. Ahmad & Mahmoud the crevice cleaning room staff. Khaled the chef animation he was great and have a since of hummer with the gusts and as well Nevine she work with the animation team . the Reception Manger disk was very helpful Gentleman.

the seating beach area quit far from the beach and and the beach lazy couch close to the the beach you have to rent it for LE1000 a day I found it too expensive to rent and I did use the Spa one day the Jacuzzi was unclean and smell bad and I told the person he was working at the SPA.

Going back again for sure .

The staff are so friendly .. the gentle men at the resturant were really professional . The whole place is perfect .

There is a nice fishing spot (on an empty beach ) few meters away from the border of the hotel beach .. but the hotel security are not allowing the guest to walk out of the hotel border .

The resort was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good and wait staff moved smokers away from our table. The indoor hot tub and pool were delightful, and beach was clean.

The resort was empty, so food options were limited. The reception area was filled with cigarette smoke, however; the rooms we were in were smoke-free and very clean.

Good weekend getaway resort

Stay included the spa facilities which is a rare thing. Beach is clean and water is clear. Food was good plenty of options.

No near shops to buy extras like credit Recharge or cigarettes or a pharmacy for meds or so. Rooms are a tad small not much space to move around

The Jaz Almaza is truly a North African Mediterranean paradise.

This is a truly amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and work unstintingly to make the stay a wonderful, holistic experience. The food is excellent and the very experience chefs provide scintillating culinary master pieces every meal time. The spa is a halcyon haven and the beach, sea and palm trees make the Jaz Almaza truly a North African paradise.

A little more investment in the gym facilities would be greatly appreciated.

Wonderful beach!

Beach, beach, and beach! The hotel’s white sandy beach with its crystal clear water is exactly what I was looking for. Suitable for swimming and only a short walk away from my room. Family room was very clean and spacious with a nice terrace. The toilet was in a good condition with a good sized shower cabin. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always meeting you with a smile. Will defiantly come back and recommend this hotel for beach lovers.

I did not like that the hotel offers only half-board packages- No full board or All inclusive packages. Prices and rates are slightly high, so if there was an all inclusive package, it would have been better. There was no variety in food, though not bad.
